4.1 Print-on-Demand Model
All Products offered through the Site are manufactured on demand using print-on-demand technology. Products are not pre-made or held in inventory; they are produced specifically for each Order after it is placed.
4.2 Accuracy of Descriptions
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications displayed on the Site are accurate and complete. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other Content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current. Actual colors and appearance of Products may vary due to differences in monitor and screen display settings, photographic lighting, and the inherent characteristics of the print-on-demand production process.
4.3 Product Availability
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our Product offerings at any time without prior notice. The inclusion of any Product on the Site does not guarantee that it will remain available.
5. Orders & Payment
5.1 Order Placement
When you place an Order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected Products. All Orders are subject to acceptance by us. Our acknowledgment or confirmation of an Order constitutes our acceptance of your offer and the formation of a binding purchase agreement.
5.2 Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to Orders affected by pricing errors, typographical errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product availability issues. If your Order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your
original payment method.
5.3 Payment Methods

6. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
6.1 Production Process
All Products are produced on demand by our third-party Print Partners after your Order has been placed and confirmed. Products are not pre-manufactured. Because each item is individually created for you, production begins promptly upon Order confirmation.
6.2 Estimated Production Times
Production typically takes two (2) to seven (7) business days, depending on the type of Product ordered and
current demand. During peak periods (including holidays, product launches, and promotional events), production times may be extended. These estimates are provided in good faith and are not guarantees.
6.3 Third-Party Production
While we carefully select and maintain standards with our Print Partners, we are not directly responsible for delays caused by our production partners. Should a delay occur, we will communicate proactively with you and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter in a timely manner.
6.4 Inherent Variations
Due to the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing, slight variations in color saturation, print placement, and sizing may occur between individual Products and between what is displayed on screen versus the finished product. Such minor variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Shipping Timelines
All shipping and delivery timelines provided at checkout and in order confirmation communications are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times will vary based on destination, carrier performance, and other factors outside our control.
7.2 Domestic and International Shipping
We offer shipping within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. International customers may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by their country of destination, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7.3 Risk of Loss
All Products purchased through the Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Title to, and risk of loss of, Products passes to you upon delivery of the Product(s) to the shipping carrier.
7.4 Accurate Shipping Information
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you.
7.5 Carrier Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier service disruptions, customs processing, weather events, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7.6 Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided to you via email once your Order has been shipped. Not all shipping methods include tracking. We are not responsible for tracking information accuracy, which is managed by the shipping carrier.
8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
8.1 Custom, Made-to-Order Policy
Because all Products are custom manufactured on demand specifically for each Order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to review all product details, size charts, and descriptions carefully before placing your Order.
8.2 Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If you receive a Product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly misprinted, you may be eligible for a replacement reprint or a refund at our sole discretion. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
8.3 Reporting Period
All claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted Products must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be honored.
8.4 How to Submit a Claim. To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our customer service team at [support@sophenomenalife.com] with the following information:
(a) Your Order number;
(b) Clear photographs clearly showing the defect, damage, or misprint;
(c) A brief written description of the issue; and
(d) Your preferred resolution (reprint or refund)
8.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7–14] business days of approval. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
8.6 Return Shipping Costs
If a return shipment is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or misprinted, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
All Content on the Site — including but not limited to designs, artwork, logos, brand names, text, photographs, graphics, product images, icons, page layouts, and software — is the exclusive property of So Phenomenal Lifestyle or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
10. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
In addition to the prohibited uses outlined in Section 3, you further agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities while using the

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND SO PHENOMENAL LIFESTYLE AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
17. Force Majeure
So Phenomenal Lifestyle shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, government actions or regulations, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, failures of third-party suppliers or Print Partners, utility or telecommunications outages, cyberattacks, and any other events of force majeure. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of such event, and we will make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.
18. Modifications to Terms
18.1 We reserve the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date.
18.2 For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavor to notify you through a prominent notice on the Site, via email, or through other reasonable means.
